Environmental Educator Certification - Level IV

Requirements - Mentoring

Certification Home - Application - Level I - Level II - Level III - Level IV

Level IV requires applicants to evaluate at least 1 set of Level II projects and 1 set of Level III projects per year (4 total). In return evaluators will receive one year’s annual professional membership in MEEA for free.

After reviewing 2 complete sets of projects (8 total), a Level III Environmental Educator can become Level IV certified by agreeing to mentor an applicant in the preparation of their projects. This will involve being available to an applicant to answer questions, give advice or provide a preliminary review of project materials.

The certification coordinator will assist with matching of interested applicants and mentors.
